Hi there, This is a Himalayan Breeze Deco Big Dog 18 decorative fan. This model only has one speed though. The switch just goes on and off. It is in good unused condition.

I did take it out of the box to test and does work. The box does have some ware. It has been in a basement closet for years. The manual does say it has 2 speeds.
