The fan itself is in great condition and can be hot-wired to work on either speed. Parts to complete could be purchased for I m guessing around $120. These retail new for around $1400. I got it straightened out enough to work although its not pretty.

The frame I have was bent. Wheels and switch available online. Great fan but need some work. The frame is bent and the switch broke.

It also needs wheels.
